Dear Coaches,
As announced earlier, it was beyond our expectations but with the overwhelming support for this coming JAMfest JAPAN, we have reached the capacity that our venue allows for the event in November.
We sincerely apologize that this leaves many teams have been on a waitlist and end up not being able to participate this season at this fall event.
We truly regret that you are so disappointed especially since you have practiced and been looking forward to the event.
Due to our reaching capacity, we are unable to offer the dance exhibition division as well as specialty divisions at this event for this year.
For the future event, we are discussing possible options that include increasing dates for more teams to be able to join us.
We hope to see you at the next JAMfest JAPAN!

先般ご案内の通り、今回の大会には我々の想定を大きく上回る応募をいただき、大会実施可能な枠数に達しました。
これにより多くのチームがウェイティングリストとなり秋大会に出場できない事態となりましたことを心からお詫び申し上げます。
この大会を楽しみに練習を重ねてきた多くのチームをがっかりさせてしまい、とても心苦しいです。
今後は開催日数を増やすなど、より多くのチームの皆さまにJAMfest JAPANにご参加いただけますよう対応を協議してまいります。
皆さまと次回のJAMfest JAPANでお会いできることを願っています。
